Responsibilities
• Update relevant information on ACBS related to LIBOR
• Provide support on collateral services process by reviewing documents across deal life cycle – from pre-closing to post-closing stage documents like commercial real estate loan documentation, Guarantor agreements, business financial statements and spreads, and pre-close documents.
• Review collateral on the loan, validate Real Estate, UCC, Vehicle/Aircraft/Marine Vessel and MFLOS ONLY and the related documents and ticker guidelines
• Initiate loan activity, calculation and tracking of accruals at various rate levels in accordance with credit agreements
• Review collateral to determine if insurance is required
• Perform the flood review analysis, Insurance Coverage, Receive & Review evidence of insurance and flood calculations
• Follow up for all loan documents required to make the loan file complete.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Meet strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
Required Background
• Min 5-13 years’ experience in Commercial Lending
• Understanding of Commercial Lending lifecycle with understanding of loan documents
• Excellent Commercial Lending deal lifecycle and loan documents knowledge
• Working knowledge of Loan Management Systems – ACBS, AFS, IBS and LIQ
• Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
• Good understanding of Project Management principles
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
