We’re Hiring | Tax Manager – US Corporate Tax (1120)Location: BengaluruWe are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing tax services team supporting US middle-market clients across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage US corporate tax engagements (Federal & State)• Review and oversee preparation of US tax returns (1120, partnerships, individuals, trusts & estates)• Advise clients on tax planning strategies and compliance requirements• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective tax solutions• Mentor and coach Tax Seniors and Staff, driving team performance• Support process improvements and contribute to business development initiativesRequired Experience & Skills• 6+ years of experience in US Federal & State taxation• Strong expertise in corporate tax compliance and review• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field• CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred (or eligibility to obtain)• Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines✨ This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where leadership, technical excellence, and continuous learning are valued.Interested or know someone who fits?Drop a comment or DM or drop your resume at to discuss further.#Hiring #Tax Manager #USTax #Corporate Tax #Bengaluru Jobs #CPA #CA #Tax Careers #Finance Jobs
