The role involves providing advanced technical support, managing critical incidents, and ensuring the stability and performance of enterprise network systems. The candidate will play a key role in driving service improvements, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage L3 network support operations.- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex network issues (LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPNs).- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and root cause analysis for recurring issues.- Work with vendors and cross-functional teams for escalations and upgrades.- Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.- Mentor and guide support engineers in network troubleshooting and service delivery.- Drive continuous improvements in monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure with strong focus on network support.- Expertise in enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and ITSM processes.- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) preferred.#teceze
