We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead - Primary Research to lead and manage our primary research initiatives. This will be an individual contributor role & the ideal candidate will hold a PhD and possess the ability to independently design, conduct, and analyse primary research to validate hypotheses developed within the company. This role is critical to advancing our research agenda and driving innovati

Research Leader
shipIndependently manage the research process from hypothesis generation to data collection and analy
sis.Lead the design and execution of primary/secondary research studies to validate hypothe
ses.Work with third party research and other service providers to complete proj
ectsDevelop and implement research methodologies and protoc
ols.Work closely with consultants, marketing team and other stakeholders to align research activities with organizational go
als.
Data Analysis & Repo
rtingAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful conclus
ions.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research find
ings.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of research
data.
