Experience Level: 3 to 6 years

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore (hybrid)


Roles & Responsibilities:

● Work with development teams and product managers to ideate development solutions

● Understand the client-side/business needs and form appropriate user stories while converting them to technical features of the solution

● Contribute Building the end-to-end production grade ML applications

● Develop and manage well-functioning LLM/GenAI/ML/DL/NLP models and processes

● Write effective training and inference pipelines

● Test software/application to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

● Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade application

● Ideate and implement solutions to drive business impact through AI and cloud

● Build efficient applications in performance and computation.



Skills Required:

● 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role

● Experience developing GenAI/LLM/ML/AI/DL applications

● Strong technical and theoretical knowledge of AI/AL (Transformers, Distributed Training,

Large Language Models) and open source models like Llama, Mistral etc.

● Familiarity with common stacks

● Knowledge of multiple Deep Learning Framework and technologies (e.g. tensorflow, pytorch,

Sklearn etc.)

● Knowledge of NLP models such as BERT, GPT family, Transformers, etc.

● Experience developing production ready ML/AI solutions

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills

● Great attention to detail
