The ideal candidate will lead overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and digital initiatives to support business growth across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead brand management , positioning, and corporate communication initiatives.Drive demand generation , digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and lead-funnel optimization.Oversee product marketing including value propositions, GTM strategy, and competitive analysis.Partner with Sales to design campaigns that support revenue and pipeline growth .Manage internal and external marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor landscape to refine strategy.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and global markets.Monitor marketing ROI, analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.Candidate Requirements10–18 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT or technology services/products industry .Proven track record in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation .Strong experience in B2B marketing , especially for IT services, SaaS, or tech solutions.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and global marketing programs.Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing automation tools.
