Key Responsibilities: Website Design & Development Support Design visually appealing, user-friendly webpages, landing pages, and banners aligned with the brand identity. Collaborate with web developers and UX/UI designers to enhance website aesthetics and improve the user journey. Optimize design elements for speed and responsiveness across devices. Video Editing & Motion Graphics Edit promotional videos, product demos, and explainer videos to support marketing campaigns. Develop short-form videos and GIFs for social media and advertising. Integrate animations and motion graphics to elevate visual storytelling. Branding & Collateral Design marketing collateral, including brochures, e Books, whitepapers, and presentations. Create branded assets such as email templates, banners, and promotional graphics for campaigns. Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all design outputs. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project needs and translate them into creative visuals. Brainstorm with stakeholders to bring new design ideas for campaigns and product launches. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2 B Saa S or a technology company. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including websites, social media, and video content. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects) . Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) and basic understanding of UX/UI principles. Experience in video editing and knowledge of creating motion graphics. Understanding of B2 B marketing trends and experience designing for professional audiences. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in creating interactive content (e.g., e Books, interactive infographics). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with web developers. Experience with Canva or similar tools for quick-turnaround projects.
