To coach our clients to consistently sell premium programs worth ₹30K–₹1L+, using proven frameworks and sales psychology.
At Independent Online Coach (IOC), we’ve helped 50+ fitness and health coaches scale their online businesses.
That’s why we’re hiring a Sales Coach—to be the mentor who transforms nervous coaches into confident closers.
It’s building closers in the trenches.
You’ll be the coach behind dozens of coaches - the reason they say: “I became a closer because of my Sales Coach.”
Coach Fitness & Health Coaches on High-Ticket Sales
Conduct 1:1 and group coaching calls.
Role-play real sales scenarios to boost conversion rates.
Review call recordings and give actionable feedback within 48 hours.
Build Sales Systems & Frameworks
Maintain and improve the Sales Playbook.
Track accountability metrics: call volume, show-up rate, close rate.
Track & Improve Performance
Sales Coach First – You love teaching, not just selling.
Data-Driven – Numbers guide your decisions.
Performance – Results first.
Compensation & Career Growth
30k/month during first 2 months (training)
₹40–₹50k/month after performance review
2% on client sales recovered through coaching
~Performance bonuses for client success milestones
Remote | Mon–Sat | 10 AM – 8 PM IST (8 Hours flexible timings)
Sales Coach → Senior Sales Coach (lead larger client groups, higher base + bonus tiers)
