Job Summary: The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, perform data analysis, and ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.

Design, develop, and maintain operational and strategic reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions and performance tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, operations, marketing, and IT to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed by senior leadership.
Ensure data integrity and quality in all reporting outputs.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
~4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
~ Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
~ Experience with data warehousing and reporting platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is preferred.
~ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
