The ideal candidate will have proven experience managingsite safety operationsinvolvingriggers, welders, fitters, and scaffolders , with strong leadership and communication skills.Key Responsibilities✅ Monitor daily site activities and enforce safety protocols across all operations (lifting, rigging, fabrication, welding, scaffolding, etc.)✅ ConductToolbox Talks (TBTs) ,Job Safety Analysis (JSA) , andHazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)✅ Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and company safety management systems✅ Supervise and guide riggers, welders, and fitters to maintain safe work behavior✅ Carry out regular site inspections and prepare safety performance reports✅ Investigate and report any incidents, near misses, or unsafe acts✅ Conduct safety induction and refresher training for all site personnel✅ Coordinate with project, maintenance, and contractor teams for proactive safety implementationQualificationsEducation:ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS)Certification inRigger / Scaffolding / Welding Safety–preferredExperience RequirementsMinimum 8+yearsin safety supervision roles acrossconstruction / steel / oil & gas / powerprojectsExperience handlingmulti-skilled manpower(riggers, welders, fitters, scaffolders)Strong understanding ofpermit-to-work systems, confined space entry, and lifting operationsPrior exposure toEPC / industrial / fabrication projectspreferredSkills & AttributesSound knowledge ofstatutory and client-specific HSE standardsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesAbility to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measuresCompetence in report writing, incident investigation, and root cause analysisAdditional DetailsCompensation:Competitive and commensurate with experienceJoining:Immediate or within 30 days preferredPreferred Candidates:Those with experience insteel plants / EPC / construction / fabricationprojectsHow to ApplyInterested candidates with relevant site safety experience can share their profiles at:( ) )
