Kochi Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales or Customer Success preferably in Interior/Construction firms Price-quality benchmarking , and End-to-end guidance through the entire home-building journey. Our flagship program,  Kolo SmartSelect , helps Kochi homeowners  save lakhs while ensuring  best-in-class quality by guiding them through a  structured selection process for  designs, interior firms and home interior products. As an Inside Sales Executive , you will be the  first point of contact for homeowners in Kochi exploring interior projects. Your role is to  consult, educate, and convert leads into  SmartSelect customers , providing clarity amidst the overwhelming decisions homeowners face around  designers, contractors, and product choices . Lead Conversion & Consultative Sales Understand homeowner needs deeply — from  design concepts to  product selection and  contractor evaluation . Drive  consultative selling , focusing on  value, quality, and peace of mind , not just price. How to compare  contractors for reliability and cost-effectiveness, How to select the  right products — kitchens, wardrobes, finishes — based on  deep evaluation data . Handle objections and show homeowners  ROI on SmartSelect fees through savings and quality assurance. Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain  accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, follow-ups, and conversion stages in the CRM. Share  weekly reports on funnel performance and homeowner trends. Be the  voice of the homeowner internally, helping Kolo continuously improve. 1–3 years of  inside sales experience in  home interiors, real estate, lifestyle products, insurance, or other high-ticket B2C categories . ~ Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong drive are welcome to apply. Strong verbal and written communication in  English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus). Familiar with CRM tools and disciplined in pipeline management. High ownership, persistence, and hunger to  exceed sales targets . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Measured through surveys and repeat referrals. Uptake of  product catalog purchases (modular kitchens, wardrobes, etc.). Opportunity to work on  end-to-end interiors , spanning  designers, contractors, and products . Competitive salary with  aggressive performance incentives . Career path to  Team Lead or City Sales Manager roles as the team scales. Compensation 5L per annum (fixed + performance-based incentives). Incentives: Highly rewarding, linked directly to conversions and revenue growth.
