We’re searching for a Market Research Analyst to support our data-driven strategies, enhancing the impact of our marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Role OverviewAs a Market Research Analyst at Makoons, you’ll be at the forefront of gathering and analyzing data to shape our growth strategies. You’ll play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Operations) to drive insights into market trends, competitor activities, and location-specific strategies. If you’re an analytical thinker passionate about making a tangible difference, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies, ad spending, and audience engagement, offering actionable insights for internal teams.
- Market Insights: Identify trends in the education and franchise sectors to inform marketing, sales, and operational strategies.
- Budget Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize ad budgets and create data-backed location-specific strategies.
- Lead Quality Analysis: Collaborate with Sales to analyze CRM data, improving lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide monthly reports and quarterly forecasts, summarizing trends, insights, and strategic recommendations for growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in market research, data analysis, or a similar role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data insights clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared) is beneficial.
