Only apply if this arrangement suits you.About Us:We are building an analytics consultancy with a fresh approach by being AI-led, outcomes focussed and following a boutique approach. We are currently in the initial stages of establishing ourselves and you will be among our first few hires. The company is backed by analytics veterans with 15 years of experience at some of the top global firms and hold stellar academic record at top global universities.What You’ll Be Working On:At any given time you will be working with one or more on-shore counterparts to solve client problems through data driven analysis. This is a hands-on role using AI for much for script-writingYou should apply if:Have 3 to 5 years experience working with US or Europe clients/teams in Retail, CPG or financial servicesYou can work independently with minimal supervisionYou're a team player whom your colleagues can rely onSQL (a must), Python or R (a must)Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques. Experience building and maintaining data pipelines or data workflowsExperience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Do NOT apply if:You cannot work from our office in Aundh, Pune 3 days in a week on an ongoing basisHaven't worked in python and SQLDon't have 3 to 5 years experience.
