Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Assurance practice at our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional services in the healthcare, banking, and financial institutions sectors. If you are passionate about making a significant impact, driving innovation, and growing within a supportive and inclusive environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop expertise in the audit approach, methodology, and tools of the firm.
Execute components of audits under remote service delivery models, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Interact with and respond to client requests professionally, maintaining strong relationships.
Complete tasks accurately and on time, demonstrating an eye for detail.
Provide high-quality audit and assurance services, particularly within the healthcare or banking/financial institutions sectors.
Demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal, when dealing with clients and team members.
Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude in all work environments.
Participate in ongoing technical training and strive to apply feedback to improve performance.
Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
CA/CPA qualification is a must.
Experience in statutory audits , particularly with healthcare OR banking & financial institutions clients.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working directly with clients and global counterparts.
Ability to demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and self-confidence in managing teams and client relationships.
Additional Details:
Work Schedule: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (timing flexibility depending on business needs).
Location Preference: Candidates can apply for positions in either Mumbai (Goregaon East) or Hyderabad (Hi Tech City).
Work Model: Mandatory 4 days a week from office.
Good Communication Skills: A must for effective collaboration and client interactions.
