Looking for Staff engineer Skills: Ruby on Rails Exp : 8-15 years Job Location: Bangalore Mode: Hybrid Note: Looking for folks working as Lead / Staff Engineer / Technical Manager or equivalent currently.
Senior Software engineer will not fit this role.
At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Ruby on Rails developer with a strong portfolio of leading projects.
In-depth knowledge of Ruby language and the Rails framework, including best practices and conventions.
Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and Java Script, and their integration with Rails applications.
Experience with relational databases like Postgre SQL, My SQL, or similar.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of programming languages like Scala, Python, Java, or Node.js.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Familiarity with testing frameworks for writing unit tests and integration tests.
Knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
