Role: Associate Creative Director – Copy Location: Mumbai | Experience: 7–10 Years We're looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Associate Creative Director – Copy to shape and elevate our content and communication strategies across industries and platforms. If you have a flair for storytelling, strategy, and brand voice , with proven experience in conceptual copywriting and integrated campaigns , this role is your chance to lead, inspire, and deliver award-worthy work. You'll lead creative ideation, mentor copy teams, collaborate with art, design, and strategy partners, and ensure that every piece of communication not only looks good but works hard for the brand. Interpret client briefs to create communication aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to uncover insights. Creative Conceptualization & Content Development Craft persuasive content across formats: ads, scripts, articles, social media, emailers, banners, search ads. Build storytelling-led strategies for pitches, influencer campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives . Partner with art, design, strategy, client servicing, and video teams for seamless execution. Play a key role in new business pitches and brand narratives. Lead and inspire copywriters at various levels. Provide constructive feedback and ensure creative excellence. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture . Content Optimization & Trends Stay ahead of digital, cultural, and social trends to keep ideas fresh. Experience & Expertise ~7–10+ years in advertising, brand communication, or digital/mainline agencies. ~ BFSI experience is a plus . ~ Expertise in digital-first campaigns, social content, scriptwriting, influencer marketing . Language & Communication Exceptional written and verbal skills in English & Hindi . Proven ability to mentor and lead creative teams .
