This individual will create and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals, engaging our audience across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a self-starter attitude, given the independent nature of the role within our team. EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives. Conduct audience research to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and user personas. Generate and oversee engaging content ideas (text, visuals, videos) tailored to platforms like Instagram, Linked In, and Twitter. Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content. Schedule and manage content publication across various platforms. Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Engage with followers, manage online reputation, and foster community growth. Stay informed on social media trends and integrate best practices. Maintain a content calendar and report key metrics and insights to the marketing team. Expectations from you: Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social media strategy within creative or social media agencies. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present ideas effectively. Proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) at an intermediate level. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. Strong understanding of audience personas, content strategy, and community engagement. Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially in design and marketing. Interest in using AI and automation tools for efficient execution. Experience working with D2 C brands is a plus
