We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team on a full-time contract basis. Reporting to RedRover in the US or our Middle Eastern branch (Dubai), you will play a pivotal role in developing, testing, and maintaining e-commerce and web development projects. This position offers a competitive salary, with rates influenced by regional market standards.
 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions.
- Work with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP) and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Ensure seamless integration of APIs and third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proven experience with e-commerce and web development.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Professional).
- Agency experience (ad agency or web development agency background preferred).
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with both mobile and desktop applications
- Ability to work effectively during US shift hours.
