The Role.Serve as a subject matter expert and lead functional consultant across multiple T24 modules including TPH, Trade Finance, AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, Securities (SC), and Treasury.Conduct comprehensive business analysis to capture, assess, and translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with T24 capabilities.Perform parameter setup and configuration within T24 modules to meet business and regulatory requirements.Leverage in-depth TAABS experience to manage core banking processes and support system enhancements or changes.Map business processes to T24 functionalities, ensuring optimal alignment and efficient system usage.Provide user management and support, including role configuration, access rights, and issue resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to support T24 implementation and optimization.Offer functional expertise during system integration, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Utilize a technical understanding of T24 to communicate effectively with technical teams and bridge functional-technical gaps.Conduct functional training and workshops for stakeholders to enhance system adoption and user competency.The Expertise.At least 10 years experience as a BA of functional consultant (not only testing or QA)Module experience across T24 TPH , Trade finance, AA-Retail, AA- Deposits, SC (securities) and Treasury functional consultants.Must has hands-on work experience in setting up parameters and configuration.Strong experience in TAABS.Solid user management skills and able to map business needs to T24 in the functional area.A good technical background in Temenos T24 will be an added advantage.About us.Thakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
