Job Location: Pune (Hybrid) Role: Global Data & Reporting(Success factor People Anayltics) Skills: Success factor People Anayltics, Canva, Story Telling Experience: 5 to 10 Years The Role would also require understanding the data insights of HR Domain (All modules like T&A, EC, Talent & Succession, PD, RCM , OFB/ONB, People Analytics ) processes to cater to Business requirements and Dashboards requirement mapping. Experience in understanding business requirements for SF Reports , processing, consolidation, and distribution/Scheduling of data utilizing SuccessFactors Reporting Tool is a must. Must have excellent skill set in formulating and consolidating large data sets in excel by utilizing the excel formulas. Must have experience is building RCM, T&A , PD and Annual reports utilizing HR SuccessFactors Data. Good to have working skillset for SAP Analytics Cloud and Qlik Sense. Must have working experience for building dashboards in any of the tools such as Success Factor Report center Story, Power Apps, Power BI, Qlik Sense etc. 5+ years of Sucessfactor People Analytics Module Experience; Good communication skills to help queries on SF all Reports types from Market users and stakeholders.
