Internship Details Type : Paid Internship Location : Remote Duration : Flexible (Part-time/Full-time) Working Hours : No fixed 9-to-5 schedule ; work at your convenience as long as tasks are completed on time Internship Certificate : An official internship certificate with an authorized stamp will be provided upon successful completion, making it valid for college requirements About Role We are looking for a  UI/UX Design Intern  with strong skills in  Figma  and an advanced understanding of  responsive web design. You will be responsible for designing and prototyping modern, user-friendly interfaces for various digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about design, and eager to work on real-world projects. Key Responsibilities Create  responsive web and mobile UI designs  using Figma Ensure  pixel-perfect designs  that align with Darkhorsestocks’ branding and design system Implement  dark mode UI  and branding animations, as seen in the footer of our website Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design components Conduct UX research, analyze user behavior, and make design improvements based on feedback Maintain consistency across all designs, focusing on  user experience and accessibility Stay updated with  industry trends, modern UI/UX practices, and best design approaches What we are looking for Proficiency in  Figma , including auto-layout, components, and interactive prototypes Strong understanding of  responsive web design principles  and UI/UX best practices Experience with  design systems, typography, grid layouts, and branding guidelines Knowledge of  dark mode UI  and animations for interactive user experiences Familiarity with  developer handoff tools  like Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin Understanding of  Tailwind CSS components  and how to structure UI designs that align with utility-first frameworks Experience in designing  Shad CN UI components  and ensuring consistency with modern UI libraries. Not compulsory, bonus point. Attention to detail and ability to  follow structured design systems Ability to work independently in a remote, self-paced environment Prior experience in  web or app UI/UX projects  is a plus (please share your portfolio) Basic knowledge of  HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, or motion design tools  (After Effects, Lottie) is a bonus This role is designed for individuals who are truly passionate about UI/UX design and eager to  learn, experiment, and grow in a professional setting.
