The work location for Engineers is Gurugram , India and is an India based employment with HETGCC.
HETGCC is seeking an experienced ELECTRICAL Engineer ( MINIMUM 5 years of experience at a work job essential ). The job is for our Gurgaon location, to work on projects of Helix Earth Technologies Inc., under the project engineering manager based out of Houston, Texas.
Helix Earth Technologies is an investor-backed startup seeking an R&D Electrical Engineer who will report directly to the Engineering Manager. The position will be onsite and located at our India offices. The role is that of an individual contributor with a annual compensation of 18 lakhs.
About You:
•        You are an electrical engineer who is passionate about working on developing cutting-edge technologies that make a meaningful impact on our planet.
•        You have a bias for action and enjoy meaningful collaborations optimizing designs and also delivering on the design and iterating quick.
•        You enjoy large, cross-disciplinary challenges and are excited to learn about thermal engineering, materials science & electronics.
•         Minimum 5 years of work experience
Job Responsibilities:
•        Product development from initial concept to design fruition and testing of prototype systems. Responsibilities include system level design, component design, and system fabrication.
•        Utilize rapid prototyping to build products and prototypes.
•        Conduct research and analysis to identify new components, and processes that can enhance the performance and cost-effectiveness of systems.
•        Develop and execute test plans and experiments to validate prototypes and verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
•        Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, thermal engineers, materials scientists, chemical engineers, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration of system components into the final products.
•        Engage with external collaborators such as researchers, suppliers, and manufacturers as needed.
•        Participate in consumer research and product ideation as needed.
•        Participate in design review meetings.
Qualifications:
•        B.S, M.S, or PhD in electrical engineering.
•        Industry experience is preferred.
•        Deep understanding of the fundamental principles of electrical engineering, design and production.
•        Experience with system design software.
•        Hands-on experience building products in a lab, previous startup or design team.
•        The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
•        Maintenance of a persistent attention to detail.
•
Helpful background:
•        Experience with sensors, Raspberry Pi, Arduino and DAQs
•        Experience in control system design methods and software
