 Job Title:  Show Director – Foodxp  Company:  Celebrities Management Private Limited  Location:  Oshiwara, Mumbai  Experience:  Minimum 4 years of experience directing food, lifestyle shows. Experience working with premium 4 K/HD productions. Familiarity with studio setups, kitchen sets, and culinary environments.  CTC:  ₹6 LPA  About Us:   Celebrities Management, the parent company behind global brands Travelxp and Foodxp, is one of the world’s leading creators of premium travel and lifestyle content. Travelxp broadcasts across 120+ countries and is the most widely distributed travel channel, while Foodxp is celebrated for its high-quality culinary programming, immersive storytelling, and visually rich production style.  We are seeking a dynamic and creatively driven Director for Foodxp who can translate culinary storytelling into visually compelling, high-quality content. The ideal candidate balances creative vision with technical expertise and thrives in fast-paced production environments across studio and on-location shoots.  Key Responsibilities   Conceptualize and develop original culinary show formats, episode arcs, and visual styles in collaboration with the producer. Create detailed show flows, scripts, host cues, and segment structures that elevate both storytelling and food appeal.  Drive the creative tone, pace, and visual grammar of the show, ensuring it aligns with brand and audience expectations. Direct multi-camera shoots ensuring clear communication and precise execution.  Oversee all aspects of filming—blocking, camera framing, lighting design, food styling coordination, continuity, and performance direction. Ensure smooth coordination between DOP, production design, art team, culinary team, and talent during shoots.  Conduct thorough research on cuisines, chefs, cultures, and culinary environments to enrich the show’s authenticity.  Work closely with production managers to finalize shoot plans, schedules, and logistical requirements.  Collaborate with editors  and sound engineers to achieve seamless edits, clean pacing, and visually enticing food sequences.  Ensure all episodes meet broadcast and OTT quality standards.    Skills & Competencies Required   Strong understanding of multi-camera production techniques.  Excellent research abilities and a passion for food, culinary culture, and storytelling. Passion for food, culinary culture, and visual storytelling. Strong scripting and story-structuring abilities.  Ability to lead production teams with clarity and confidence.  Highly creative mindset with the ability to elevate the visual style of food content.  Strong understanding of multi-camera production techniques , studio setups, and on-location dynamics.  Adequate Knowledge of lighting for food, lensing, blocking, and camera movement.    To ensure alignment, we request candidates whose CTC expectations fall within the specified range to apply for this role.
