Remote (PST Hours) | Experience: 3+ YearsRequirements- Degree or experience in Accounting/Finance; Net Suite Functional Analyst certification preferred.- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP modules (Financials, Inventory, Sales, CRM).- Strong in system configuration, workflows, Suite Builder/Suite Flow, and business process mapping.- Knowledge of Multi-Book Accounting, Tax setups (Avalara), and financial reporting.- Familiar with integrations (Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3 PL, banking).- Proficient in Saved Searches, KPIs, dashboards, and data management.- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Responsibilities- Configure, customize, and optimize Net Suite ERP modules and workflows.- Align business processes (P2 P, O2 C, R2 R) with system capabilities.- Support Finance & Accounting operations and monthly close activities.- Oversee integrations, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain sync accuracy.- Build reports and dashboards for finance, ops, and leadership.- Conduct UAT, user training, and maintain SOPs.- Ensure governance, role security, and audit readiness.- Lead or support system enhancements and version upgrades.
