As a Senior Google Ads Specialist , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns for roofing companies. Your role will focus on driving targeted traffic, generating high-quality leads, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for both B2B and B2C clients. You’ll lead multiple accounts, working closely with clients and leveraging your strategic, analytical, and collaborative expertise to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute custom campaign strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with clients to set clear goals, KPI targets, and expectations.
Campaign Setup, Optimization, and Management
  • Set up, optimize, and manage large-scale Google Ads campaigns to ensure strong performance and ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and refine campaigns, ensuring optimal performance across multiple client portfolios.
Keyword & Audience Targeting
  • Perform detailed keyword research and create targeted audience segments.
  • Adjust targeting strategies based on performance metrics and client feedback to drive better results.
Ad Copy & Asset Creation
  • Craft compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals that align with client objectives.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for maximum performance.
Landing Page Optimization
  • Collaborate with UX and design teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for high conversions.
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness.
  • Set up and maintain key events and goals in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Client Management & Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for PPC clients, providing regular updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Communicate campaign progress, optimizations, and results clearly and effectively to clients.
Reporting & Dashboard Creation
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Audit analytics setups to ensure tracking accuracy and create detailed, transparent, and client-friendly reports and dashboards.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of proven experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns.
  • Extensive experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred.
  • Google Ads certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including AI-driven features and automated campaign strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), particularly in conversion tracking, setting up key events, and reporting.
  • Exceptional project and client management experience, with a focus on communicating performance and results effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, ensuring seamless coordination with both internal teams and clients.
