We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP WM professional to join our team for an offshore role based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation and a background in life sciences is a plus.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage SAP WM implementation projects using the SAP S4 HANA methodology.
  2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
  6. Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, steering committee meetings, and workshops.
  7. Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP WM, with at least 3 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation.
  3. Strong knowledge of SAP WM and SAP S4 HANA methodologies.
  4. Experience in the life sciences industry is highly desirable.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  7. SAP certification is a plus.

  • Skills:

  1. Proficiency in SAP WM and SAP S4 HANA methodologies.
  2. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  3. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  6. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
