Job Title: Java LeadLocation: GurgaonEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentJoining: Immediate to 15 Days Notice PeriodAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot , and backend development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and work on designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions with cloud integration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices architecture .Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.Drive cloud adoption and integration strategies.Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices .Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend architecture.Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Experience with CI/CD pipelines , Git, and DevOps practices.Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases .Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.ExperienceMinimum 8+ years of experience in Java backend development with Microservices and Spring Boot.Prior experience in a lead role is preferred.Nice-to-HaveExposure to Docker/Kubernetes .Knowledge of API Gateway , Security , and Performance Tuning .Familiarity with Agile methodologies .EducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance bonuses.Health and wellness benefits.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with Deloitte’s global teams.Important NoteOnly apply if you have at least 8+ years of experience in Java backend development (Microservices & Spring Boot mandatory) and can join within 15 days.
