User Engagement:Contractor profiling, engagement, site connect and loyaltyLarge Contractor adoption - Upgradation of contractors by driving range index / premiumization for Araldite, Roff & TenaxExecution of formal meets plan and track effectiveness; drive field marketing2. ways of workingSpecialized User Working/ Upgradation:Specialized contractors adoption like Grout Specialist, Swimming pool contractors, External cladder or similar.Architect engagement and conversionNew Product launch and drive among users and dealersConvert competition users to Araldite, Roff & Tenax respectively3.
