The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects. This role demands strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.- Support execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.- Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Skills & Qualifications:- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Proficiency with project and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.) is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
