Company Description
Open Intervue is looking to add a sales rockstar to accelerate its growth. You'll be joining an early sales team, working directly with the CBO and an experienced business professional.
Open Intervue is an AI Recruitment Tech Stack that automates the end-to-end recruitment process for any organization.
Our AI recruiter, Pihu, conducts AI Interviews with human-like intelligence, handling all sectors, achieving 97.05% accuracy; also administering live coding assessments.
Role Overview
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Open Intervue's growth. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities with enterprise customers.
Your primary goal is to break into assigned accounts, build strong relationships, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. This is a position serving the Indian market.
Location: Bengaluru (BHIVE Premium Whitefield Campus)
Working Days: Mandatory 6 days working from office
Reporting to: Rohit Garg, Chief Business officer
What you’ll be expected to do?
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding new customers
Generate at least 200% of the sales pipeline for quarterly targets
Deeply understand customer needs and Open Intervue’s products, articulating our unique value proposition in discovery and demo calls
Win deals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
Maintain meticulous details in the CRM and Sales Trackers
Meet and exceed sales quotas
Must Have
Minimum 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of B2 B Saa S sales experience
Strong understanding of the B2 B selling process
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Good to Have
Experience selling to C-level executives and HR teams
Ability to proactively generate support rather than waiting for it
Track record of independently generating your own sales pipeline
Understanding of technology product development processes
Bonus
Experience selling a B2 B Saa S, HR Tech, ATS, or Recruitment Tech product
Background in startup environments
