Job Summary: Indegene is looking for talented professionals to complement the Corporate Strategy team. In light of this, the position in Corporate Strategy would act as a partner to plan and implement short-term and long-term strategic initiatives that would take the company on a transformational path of growth. The role would work on critical strategic initiatives such as new offerings with changing business dimensions, new solutions conceptualization to modernize the healthcare space, driving mergers and acquisitions, integration of existing acquisitions, and any area relevant for growth of the company. The role will work closely with business leadership across the enterprise - globally, functionally and operationally. The Job entails the following but not limited to: Advise the leadership team on areas to focus on for growth and what will be needed to win in those areas from a capability, value proposition and go to market effort perspective Develop a PoV on what capabilities need to be built organically vs need inorganic focus Apply strategic prowess and conduct in-depth assessments of target companies, evaluating strategic, operational, and financial aspects, and provide well-informed recommendations to senior leadership Offer strategic insights on industry trends, competitive positioning, and post-merger integration strategies to maximize value creation Lead and oversee due diligence processes, coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors across commercial, financial, and operational dimensions Perform valuation assessments using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies to support M&A decision Prepare and present comprehensive strategic recommendations, financial analyses, and due diligence findings to senior leadership Collaborate with business leaders to drive synergies with acquired companies Help hone competitive positioning, key messages, based on feedback from internal/ external stakeholders and by evaluating long-term trends in the industry Work collaboratively across the company to generate results that help the growth of the company and our clients to thrive Overall be a part of a high performing Corporate Strategy team driving thought leadership across the enterprise Job Specification: Education: Post Graduate with MBA Experience: Prior experience in corporate strategy/strategy consulting essential, M&A experience good to have Work environment : Willingness to work in a Global Working Model Who are we looking for?
