Our platform is designed to make property searches faster and more efficient.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive workplace culture.QualificationsExperience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsKnowledge of performance management systems and techniquesFamiliarity with labor laws and compliance proceduresExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to develop and implement HR policies and strategiesProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
