We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Product Consultant – Azure to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on Azure engineering, has a passion for cloud cost optimization (FinOps), and thrives in a customer-facing, consultative environment.
You’ll work directly with customers to help them understand, monitor, and optimize their Azure costs and infrastructure, using our FinOps-focused platform. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical delivery, Azure expertise, and cost governance consulting while working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams.
Azure & FinOps Consulting
Help customers use our product to:
Implement governance around budget and usage policies
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Assist with deployment and configuration of our Azure-based product
Troubleshoot technical issues across infrastructure and monitoring
Customer Enablement & Success
Work with customers through onboarding, trials, and ongoing support
Contribute to customer training resources, runbooks, and best practice guides
Help refine FinOps reporting, dashboards, and recommendations
Sales & Pre-sales Support
Support technical discussions during customer evaluations or trials
Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
~3–5+ years working with Microsoft Azure, including:
~ Infrastructure deployment (VMs, App Services, SQL, Functions)
~ Monitoring with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
~ Experience working with customers in a consultative or support role
~ Shift timings : Experience with tools such as:
~ Azure Pricing Calculator, Cost Analysis, Budgets, Policy
~Exposure to Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid)
