UX Designer at Cybage,

Leads the creation of user-centered experiences by integrating user needs with business goals and championing UX best practices.


Must Have : UX Design , Communication

Exp: 3 years to 6 years


Responsibilities:

UX processes and methodologies:

  • Leads the design process for UX projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensures design consistency and adherence to UX principles across various projects.
  • Joins usability testing sessions as an observer.
  • Helps conduct usability testing.
  • Assists in creating/presenting research findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Creates information architecture for complex projects.
  • Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond

Design & Prototyping:

  • Creates block flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Provides solutions based on usability review findings.
  • Participates in Proof-of-Concept (POC) tasks.
  • Contributes to the design system and component libraries.
  • Performs visual QA (Quality Assurance) on design elements.

Mentorship and Collaboration:

  • Mentors and guides junior designers, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Learning & Development:

  • Observes and learns core UX principles through training.
  • Stays updated on the latest trends and user behavior.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in presales activities – POCs, UX & VD efforts estimations.
  • Maintain the DSR and WSR and communicate it to the Manager or other relevant stakeholders.
