Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter / Team Lead to join and lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the US IT recruitment process , with a strong focus on W2 hiring and full-time placements , and the ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters. This role requires a strategic thinker who can achieve hiring targets, foster team growth, and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Individual Contribution):

  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Lead by example by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals.

2.W2 Hiring Expertise:

  • Recruit candidates for W2 employment , ensuring compliance with US tax and employment laws.
  • Focus on full-time positions, negotiating competitive compensation packages.
  1. Client Interaction:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Provide market insights, talent availability, and progress updates.

Team Management:

  1. Leadership and Mentoring:
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular one-on-one sessions to identify areas for improvement.

2.Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands and deadlines.
  • Allocate job requirements among team members, ensuring a balanced workload.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Review and validate candidate submissions from the team to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry regulations.

Operations and Reporting:

  1. Data Management:
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage team pipelines and recruitment metrics.
  • Track team KPIs, such as time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, and placements.

2.Reporting:

  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong focus on W2 hiring and full-time placements.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team for lead position.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Familiarity with technical job roles such as software development, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and more.
  • Strong understanding of visa types (W2, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD).
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead a team, set goals, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Platforms:
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and ATS tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Taleo.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with MSPs and VMS systems.
  • Knowledge of the latest recruitment tools, trends, and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and strategy development.
