EverAI Labs , a group company of Everise Inc., is an upcoming startup in the customer service industry, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and workforce development through innovative automation solutions. We are developing a comprehensive set of platforms that focuses on using the latest technology to enable our clients deliver better and faster customer experience .Role and ResponsibilitiesThe QA Engineer (or Senior QA Engineer) will work under the oversight of the Head of Engineering and Lead QA and assist with all the QA responsibilities below:Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for APIs, microservices, and front-end components.Perform manual testing when necessary, ensuring full coverage of critical functionalities.Collaborate with developers to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.Execute performance and load testing using JMeter or similar tools.Analyze and report test results, bugs, and quality metrics to drive improvements.Maintain regression test suites to ensure consistent performance across releases.Stay updated with emerging QA methodologies, automation trends, and AI/ML testing practices..Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent preferred.At least 3+ years of QA experience, with a balance of manual and automated testing expertiseProficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar.Strong skills in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation.Experience with API testing tools (Postman/RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner).Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.Familiarity with AI/ML models and data-driven testing approaches is a plus.Preferred SkillsSelenium/Appium, JMeter, Postman/RestAssured, Jenkins, Python/Java
