JOB DESCRIPTION- SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant Qualification: Professional degree (BE/MBA) from reputed institute 5-8 Years of total industry experience and minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP PP/ QM, (SAP S4 H). Experience of minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing module preferable delivered using SAP Activate methodology & Solution Manager. Rollout and Support experience. SAP S/4 HANA experience is mandatory and excellent interpersonal communication skills SAP Certification is an added advantage. Experience in MII/MES would be an added advantage. Excellent knowledge and extensive experience on S&OP, DM, LTP, MRP, variant configuration, ECM, Batch Management and SFC with Configuration and Customization as per Business requirements. Strong skills in functional requirement gathering and perform fit-gap analysis, master data setup, functional specification skills, end user support documentation and training with manufacturing processes design for MTS/MTO/Rework/Scrap management etc. Hand-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing (PP & QM) configurations along-with cross functional integrations with O2 C, R2 R, EWM etc. Quality management expertise in Procurement, Production and Sales, Quality planning, inspection and control including QM notifications, defects, batch management & derivations, Quality certificates. QM Processes for Goods receipt from Vendor, Production in-process, Post Production receipt, Returns from customer, stock transfer, calibration of equipment, Stability study & Audit Management. Excellent knowledge and experience in Interfaces like LIMS. Integration with MES. Helping ABAP/development team to build RICEFW objects. Performing Unit Testing, System integration testing. Functional acceptance testing. Training Materials preparation, review and modification. Pre Go-Live Preparation, Cutover activities etc. Should have experience in e PPDS in the following areas: Planning board, planning board profiles, color coding and other type of order views Planning Books and data views Scheduling heuristics, configuring custom heuristics, scheduling strategy profiles, MRP heuristics etc Planned order component availability check/Collective availability check Resource formulas and formula constants for scheduling Good to have: Block Planning and Campaign planning CDP Maintenance of recipe groups, resource network, alternative resource, secondary resources, CIF set-up, PDS, resource master etc. Change over or set-up matrix, Set-up matrix generation using characteristics and conventional approach.
