Role Overview: As the Content Writer at Ridhira Group, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand narrative and driving content strategy across all channels. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports our business objectives. From overseeing content creation to managing a team of talented writers and creatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Ridhira Group brand identity and establishing our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Oversee the creation of various types of content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content is consistent in style, tone, and voice, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Sales, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and drives measurable results.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or within the real estate, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems, SEO principles, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
