Selected candidates will be on our partner’s payroll and will be deployed to the client’s project to fulfill their business and technical requirements.IGS plays a key role in talent sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding support for this engagement, ensuring high-quality professionals are aligned with the client’s expectations.Role : Senior Power BI Developer (8–12 Years Experience)Location: PAN India — Delhi / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-Time / ContractExperience: 8 to 12 YearsWe are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise data platforms, and security integrations. The ideal candidate will go beyond report building and play a key role in designing, configuring, and managing Power BI environments, Snowflake integrations, and secure data pipelines across Azure and AWS ecosystems.This is a strategic, end-to-end data engineering and visualization role — ideal for professionals who combine hands-on BI skills with cloud and platform expertise.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy interactive and scalable Power BI dashboards and reports.- Manage Power BI infrastructure setup, including gateways, workspace configurations, licensing, and performance tuning.- Configure and automate platform provisioning using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).- Integrate Power BI with Snowflake and other data sources for real-time reporting and analytics.- Work with DBT (Data Build Tool) for building and maintaining data transformation models within the data warehouse.- Ensure data security and user access control via Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).- Collaborate with cloud and data engineering teams on AWS and Azure for seamless integration and deployment.- Participate in data governance, metadata management, and performance optimization initiatives.- Support migration and integration of BI systems such as MicroStrategy (optional).- Provide technical mentorship to junior BI and data engineers.Required Skills & Experience- 8–12 years of total experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Cloud Data Analytics.- Proven expertise in Power BI — data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.- Experience in Power BI Service administration and enterprise deployment.- Strong experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure automation.- Deep understanding of Snowflake data platform — schema design, performance tuning, and integration with BI tools.- Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformations.- Strong knowledge of security integrations using Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).- Exposure to AWS cloud environment and integration with analytics tools.- Familiarity with MicroStrategy or other BI platforms (optional).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, Terraform, or Azure/AWS Cloud.- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.Why Join Us- Work with a dynamic team on enterprise-grade data and analytics platforms.- Exposure to multi-cloud (Azure & AWS) BI environments.- Opportunity to lead and influence BI strategy and architecture.- Competitive compensation and flexible work options.
