Job Title: Senior Interior Draughtsman Location: Experience Required: 6–8 years Job Type: Full-Time Started in 1969 with a vision to redefine architecture and planning in India, CPKA is one of the most revered architectural firms in the country. A multidisciplinary Architectural firm based in New Delhi, India, we have a portfolio of 1000+ projects, 200 + employees and have worked with clients from more than 30 countries in last 50 years of practice. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Interior Draughtsman to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality detailed drawings and construction documents for interior fit-outs, high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. You will work closely with designers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure precision, coordination, and adherence to project standards. Prepare detailed interior drawings including plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), furniture layouts, joinery details, and material specifications. Translate conceptual sketches and design briefs into comprehensive working drawings. Ensure accuracy and technical compliance of all drawings with local codes, regulations, and design standards. Maintain drawing documentation and version control across multiple projects. Conduct periodic site visits (if required) for measurement verification and implementation checks. Manage junior draughtsmen and guide their work when necessary. Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting or equivalent. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and Adobe Suite is an added advantage. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
