This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates from India and outside India, conducting interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process. They will also facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, provide training, and assist with onboarding new employees. Experience in Hiring and Recruiting Ability to conduct Training sessions Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
