  • Accounts Team – Managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping with precision and attention to detail.
  • Compliance Team – Specializing in GST, Income Tax, and TDS filings, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met in a timely and compliant manner.

Position Summary:

An Audit Manager in a CA firm is responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Indian auditing standards, financial regulations, and internal policies. This role involves overseeing teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality audit deliverables within defined timelines.


Key Responsibilities:


Audit & Assurance:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize audit engagements in accordance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations.
  • Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and special engagements like due diligence and forensic audits.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans tailored to client operations.
  • Ensure audits are completed within established deadlines and budgets.



Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with recommendations for process improvements and compliance.
  • Assist clients in implementing best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.



Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor audit teams, ensuring team members are well-trained and knowledgeable about relevant laws and standards.
  • Review work papers, audit findings, and financial statements prepared by the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.



Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
  • Prepare and present accurate audit reports to partners and senior management.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws, financial reporting standards, and auditing guidelines.



Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: CA Finalist is m andatory.Exper
  • ience: 3+ y ears in audit and assurance services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Techn
  • ical Knowledge: Expe rtise in AS, Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and audit methodologies.Softw
  • are Skills: Prof iciency in Tally, MS Excel, and audit tools.Leade
  • rship Skills: Stro ng leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Commu
  • nication: Exce llent written and verbal communication skills.Ethic
  • al Conduct: High level of integrity and commitment to professional ethics.



Work Environment:

  • Location: Chennai, Tamil nadu.
  • Regular client site visits may be required.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak audit seasons.

This role is critical for ensuring financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and the firm's continued growth and reputation.


Salary - Rs.40,000/- per month.

Working Days - Monday to Friday

Working Timings - 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
