Work from Office – Hyderabad
~Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives to achieve revenue targets
Monitor performance metrics and train team members to consistently improve conversions
Oversee the complete sales closing lifecycle, including calls, product demonstrations, closures, and post-sales engagement
Maintain a detailed record of lead interactions and provide feedback to enhance lead quality
Handle escalations to ensure a seamless customer experience
At least 1 year of experience in managing a sales team, preferably in the EdTech sector
Native fluency in Telugu and strong command of English
A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping learners transform their careers
Systematic approach to managing sales funnels, task prioritization, and achieving targets
