Cliniwave Institute LLP is seeking a Senior Academic Counselor to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will guide students in making informed academic and career decisions while supporting and mentoring the counseling team to achieve collective goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students on program details, eligibility, career outcomes, and admissions.
  • Provide personalized guidance through calls, emails, and walk-ins, building long-term trust.
  • Drive student enrollments by meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
  • Mentor and support junior counselors in achieving performance goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to deliver a seamless student experience.
  • Represent Cliniwave with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Life Sciences, Management, Education, or related fields preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in academic counseling/admissions
  • Proven ability to achieve enrollment and conversion targets.
  • Team player with the ability to lead and motivate.
