You will design marketing assets, support content initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. This is a great opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design: Create eye-catching marketing materials—including brochures, LinkedIn creatives, capability statements, and case studies.Collaboration: Work closely with the US-based Marketing Manager to deliver projects on time.Brand Alignment: Ensure all visuals follow ARK Solutions’ brand guidelines and quality standards.Content Support: Partner with the content team to develop assets that elevate our marketing efforts.Design Tools: Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools to produce professional, high-quality visuals.Project Management: Handle multiple design projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.Requirements✔️ 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or similar creative roles✔️ Strong skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite✔️ Experience designing social media posts, capability statements, and case studies✔️ Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow creative direction✔️ Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional and international teams✔️ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment➕ Experience in B2B marketing or the staffing/consulting industry is a plus
