We’re looking for people who canDesign and implement multiple large-scale mobile applications with React-Native in a high pace environmentBuild pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platformsLeverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platformsDiagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for experience on par with native applicationsParticipating in SDLC processes streamlining, POC development, Functional Estimation, Performance Tuning, Environments setup, etcSet up best practices for development and champion their adoptionMentor young minds and foster team spiritWhat Are We Looking For?4-7 years of experience building mobile applicationsProficient with React Native with a minimum of 2 years of experienceExperience in developing and delivering large-scale Android and iOS mobile applications via React-NativeAbility to work through new and complex React Native issues and contribute to libraries as neededEngineers who are obsessed with optimizations and are ready to go the extra mile to deliver the best app experience to the customersFirm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax and TypescriptExperience in writing unit testing code with libraries like Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, Mocha, etcExperience in at least one native language, Android or iOS(Swift/Objective C)Good knowledge of monitoring and tracking down app crashes and bugs using advanced toolsWorked in a startup environment with high levels of ownership and commitmentA growth mindset and passion for building things from the ground up, and most importantly, you should be fun to work with
