We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 0–4 years of experience in .NET or Python (backend) and ReactJS (frontend). You will collaborate with experienced engineers, work on real-world projects spanning product development, enterprise applications, and AI-driven solutions, and build skills across the full stack. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using .NET or Python for backend and ReactJS for frontend. Collaborate with senior developers, QAs, and product specialists to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Write clean, maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, learning from feedback and gradually contributing improvements. Debug and fix software issues to support smooth application functionality. Stay curious and proactive, keeping up with emerging technologies and frameworks. Communicate clearly with team members and actively participate in discussions. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience: entry-level developers with academic or internship exposure. 2–5 years of experience: junior developers expected to contribute more independently. Exposure to full stack development with C# (.NET) or Python for backend and ReactJS for frontend. Hands-on project work, internships, or professional experience in full stack development is a plus. Understanding of web development fundamentals, REST APIs, and databases. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes. Interest in testing practices and frameworks. Awareness of modern trends such as generative AI and their applications in software.
