Job Title: Senior SAP Project ManagerSkills: Project Management, SAP S/4 HANA Rollout and Migrations, FI, MM, SD & PP/QMLocation: Greater NoidaExperience: 15 - 20 yearsWe at Coforge are hiring a Senior SAP Project manager with the following skill-set:Key Responsibilities:- 18+ years of experience in SAP with a strong functional background across modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics & Retail.- Proven leadership in multiple end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations, including greenfield and brownfield approaches.- Deep understanding of SAP’s product roadmap, cloud transformation strategies, and integration with emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Io T).- Expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment at the Cx O level.- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios with distributed teams across geographies.- SAP certifications in S/4 HANA and other relevant modules or technologies (e.g., SAP Activate, SAP BTP).- Hands-on S/4 HANA rollout experience (mandatory).- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives.- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.- Expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.- Ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
