AI Engineer Job description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Machine Learning Engineer (3+ Years of Experience) to be a part of our fast-growing team with strong experience and a strong technical background (should be hands on technically).

You will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI-driven technologies for document understanding.

Working within small, agile teams, you will be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge Machine Learning, Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering in practical, impactful ways.

Role and Responsibilities :

Develop advanced ML models focusing on Large Language Models and Deep Learning. Optimize model performance for efficiency and speed. Apply your Python expertise in developing robust AI solutions.

Build and manage MLOps infrastructure for seamless model deployment. Supervise LLM pipelines, leveraging tools like Langchain, LlamaIndex, and more. Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative AI solutions for complex problems.

Who You Are: Problem-solver with excellent critical thinking skills. Experienced in ML, Deep Learning, and LLMs.

Proficient in Python and familiar with transformer models (BERT, GPT, RoBERTa, etc.). Knowledgeable in ML frameworks and MLOps infrastructure. 3+ years of AI/ML experience in the software industry. Nice to Have: Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes. Background in large-scale ML applications and LangChain pipelines
