Hello All,Greetings from TesslogsAs a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow initiatives for clients.Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer,Experience: Minimum 4-8 (4+ years of relevant experience)Client: IBMEndClient: SiemensLocation: BangaloreAvailability: Immediate joiners preferredWhat You’ll Do- Lead the full lifecycle of custom application development in ServiceNow—including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.- Architect, develop, and configure highly customized scoped applications, workflows, forms, UI components, reporting, and automation.- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and robust ServiceNow solutions.- Act as a subject matter expert for custom app development, advising on platform capabilities and best practices.- Build and manage complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.).- Provide technical leadership, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards.- Conduct demos, workshops, and stakeholder education on custom applications.- Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.- Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to clients and internal teams.What You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.- 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong focus on custom (scoped) applications.- 1+ years building and managing complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and related integration technologies.- Expertise in modules such as ITSM, CSM, Service Portal, Service Catalog, and advanced custom development.- Proven experience leading custom app implementations end-to-end.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design creative solutions.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience with Workato, Apptus, Snaplogic (preferred).- Experience with Performance Analytics (a plus).Required Certifications- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Best Regards,Gahana#ServiceNow #ServiceNowDeveloper #CustomApplications #ScopedApps #ServiceNowConsultant #ITSM #CSM #ServicePortal #ServiceCatalog #APIIntegration #RESTAPI #SOAP #Workato #Snaplogic #Hiring #TechJobs #Developers #BangaloreJobs
